Does Halloween bother you at all?

I do love kids and enjoy seeing all the kids in their costumes. However, this year I'm feeling particularly left out. I'm not sure if it's because earlier this year we decided to stop trying to get pregnant and be happy with our life as is. Not sure if that's getting under my skin somehow.

So, I just wondered if anyone else had similar feelings?

I think I have been without kids for so long, it really doesn't bother me. Mother's day does sometimes, but that is all. Anyway, in 'Vegas, much of the trick and treating is done at the malls, casinos, and the like, so there are not a lot of kids out on the street, like the old days. Going into Wal Mart on Thursday night to look at costumes for my CASA girl, I was amazed at all the parents packing the isle to get last minute costumes for their kids. I was glad I was just getting something simple, not having to bicker with a kid about what they could and could not wear, and just be on my way.
